Ideas
Wikis seem to be a great source of documentation, if we can narrow down technical documentation to just a handful of wiki's which are geared towards specific users, I think it'll be great.

check out http://Gentoo-wiki.com and take a look at their organizational structure sometime. It's insane and it gets even better every day!
