For addressing the queue of people who filled out the form:
- pick a chapter in the spreadsheet of ppl who have responded to the form
- move their info to the actual database, and remove their row in the form
- send them the chapter census email which i'll link you to in a second
- subscribe them to discuss and chapters
- follow up with a phone call
