Agenda
- Free Culture Labs - What does it require? Can it be done? I think it needs a Wordpress blog, which means I want Wordpress Mu because I don't want to have to maintain a gazillion separate Wordpress blogs, one is enough of a pain.
- How to get more people involved with the webteam / making it easier for those interested to get involved.
- Overhauling the website!!! - I can't stress this enough. Our website is ugly. Our content is outdated. It's time we fixed this!
- no www - remove www from URLs across the website
- Asheesh discusses his new server
- Discuss calendar sharing

Decisions
- We like Free Culture Labs, and we want to make sure it is run by someone in an FC.o chapter so that it can live on
- Fear_of_C_ will take the reins on Free Culture Labs, making a wiki page for it and a blog post to gather feedback
- once that's done, we'll see what sort of tech it needs
- Remarks on the new design at http://www.matthewv.id.au/freeculture.org.new/:
- menu bar on top is cut off
- 4 piece organization makes sense given the web site's goals and since each chapter has its own web site
- change this: <poningru> you've got #header { z-index: 10 }
- Leafyhost ate our mailing list data. Those punks.
- Asheesh will do his best to recover lists based on public archives on e.g. gmane.
- Karen will help migrate the Mudbag apps to Django
- Parker will work on building a site map on a wiki page
- Asheesh will keep working on Japan move and examine unc.fc.o problems
- No one offered calendar files they wanted to share.
