We're talking about issues to resolve/discuss over the summer, and outlining what we think we need to get done.

Becoming Incorporated

• Needed to allow us to collect donations, have fiduciary agents, etc.
• Involves developing an organizational infrastructure
  • Setting up a board of directors

Organizational and Informational Materials

• Constitution
  • Organizing our internal structure
    • How do we handle generational turnovers, etc. in chapters/groups
• Internal Strategy Paper
  • What are our (specific) goals
• External Policy Paper
  • What do we believe, what is free culture, what is our purpose
    • Based on our manifesto, mission statement
  • What are the issues that concern us
  • What groups do we want to align ourselves with
    • We want to be more broad than just progressive/leftist groups, and be very deliberate in rallying both sides
• Activist Packet
• Updating the web site
  • Is important because it's something people should be able to access and use in several ways

Next Call

We want to make some more concrete goals and time lines for each of these general items to complete.
